In 2007 it is the Centenary of Scouting. 100 years have passed since Baden-Powell ran the very first camp on Brownsea Island. There will be 12 months of celebrations across the World and the UK, including the 21st World Scout Jamboree in Essex and a sunrise celebration on 1st August.
